Here’s the drill
Organising your teams training can feel like herding cats through treacle. Let us make it simple.
- Tell us which course you require. Everything you need to know about choosing the right course is here “which course do I need”? We’ll support you to ensure your Workplace Health Needs Assessment are met.
- Send us your venue details and preferred schedule. We may ask about your space, for our risk mitigation policy, to ensure your learners are safe. We are professional but not precious.
- Minimum numbers for an on-site physical/ animal course is 6, minimum on-site for all MHFAEngland courses is 8.
- Smaller groups; host a course, let us fill remaining seats, and we’ll pass on the discount to you as host.
- leave the admin and chasing to us. Hassle free.
We ask students individually about accessibility requirements. Under the Disability Discrimination Act we all have a duty to make reasonable adjustments.
Training At Ours
If you don’t have access to a suitable venue, or have fewer than 6 in your group, why not join one of our open courses. Groups of 3 or more attending an open course are eligible for a group discount.
But your certificates all expire at different times.
You can still benefit from our group discounts. Simply contact us for a unique discount code to be applied to individuals booking onto our scheduled open courses.

We can provide all your stationary and tech if required; flip charts, white board, projector, screen, extensions cables (PAT Certified). We cater to all manner of unique settings.
Follow up support, resources and recommendations are tailored to individual circumstances, or industry specific needs.

All Online Courses
Delegate training packs are sent by post to individuals home/office in advance of the course. Our full tech support ensures all learners are prepared in advance.

Official Level 3 certificates complete with QR code for validation purposes, issued within 5 working days of the course.

If you are part of an informal or community group and need to "split the bill", we can set up individual payment links taking the admin off your hands.
Just come with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a sense of humour.
Low-income students; ask us about free and funded courses, discounts, or staggered payment options. We believe everyone should have access to basic physical & mental health first aid lifesaving skills.

Another unique advantage with our mandatory training on-site is should there be an individual unplanned absence on the day, discounted rates are extended to public courses for the absentee, at your convivence (subject to availability).
