This 12-hour requalification course is for renewing a First Aid at Work course every 3 years. You must have a current First Aid at Work certification in order to take this course. This course can be taken fully in the classroom or blended (6 hours online, 6 hours in the classroom).
Emergency First Aid at Work
This 6-hour course is ideal for most businesses whose risk assessment has identified that there is no requirement for a fully trained first aider for their workplace. This course can be taken fully in the classroom or blended (3 hours online, 3 hours in the classroom).
First Aid at Work Annual Refresher
This is an HSE-recommended anuual refresher training for First Aid at Work. Because skills can be forgotten over the 3-year re-certification cycle, the HSE recommend that you take this course every year. This course can be taken online or in the classroom.
Appointed Persons in the Workplace
Businesses in the UK have to make correct provision for first aid in the workplace, and the Appointed Persons course is ideal for small businesses as well as extra coverage in medium to large businesses. This course can be taken online or in the classroom.
Other

We also offer bespoke EFAW courses with additional topics like Equestrian First Aid which is popular with the RDA and first aid for niche environments where the full 18hr FAW is not needed.
Blended EFAW Courses
You now have the option to complete your Emergency First Aid at Work course as a blended course, with 2 hours of online training followed by 4 hours in the classroom. Our blended training allows you to learn the theory at your pace, one to one with your instructor at a time that suits you.
This blended EFAW course meets all of the requirements under the HSE and Awarding Organisations and is available as a ProTrainings or Regulated Qualification. This qualification is accepted in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It is also accepted in many other countries.
A modern approach to training, backed up by years of experience providing online, blended and classroom courses. Clear, concise and engaging, when you choose ProTrainings, you reduce the cost, not the quality of your training.
Candidates completing our EFAW courses receive access to our video library for refreshing skills and reference.
